This tut is for "pre-upgrade" or in other words any gifs or pics
posted before June 2002   It is recommended that you use this tut
first before going to next one!

 First, you will need to go to the top of a community page
where it shows your name if you are signed into your net passport.
It should say Welcome ??????? (your name)
Click on it and you will go to your member page.
About halfway down you will see this

Click on my storage. This will take you to..

This is how much space you have used and how much is left
Also all the communities that you belong to and
what pictures you have added to them.
Click on the little window

for a drop down menu showing all of your sites and
something called MY Web Documents.
Highlight this and click. This will reload the page.
 Now click on My Pictures.

The page will reload again and you will see this....
A list of all the gifs, or pics you have posted on pages,
message boards, lists, etc...This needs cleaned out periodically.

click on each underlined title and it will show
what it is on the left and on the right
it also shows the size and the date it was posted

Below you will see blackpanther listed twice...
the second one has a 0 after it. I have this gif on a custom page
but I am guessing that the older one has been deleted on my page
so I will delete it from here also.
Each time you upload a gif onto a page, it is saved on this list
so if they have the same date, I delete the first one listed....
Click in the little square to make a checkmark to mark it for deletion.

Travel all the way down the list until you have
everything checked that you want to delete
then click on Delete selected pictures.

 Remember-banners posted on other sites will need to be reposted!

It takes a few minutes, then you will get another box
asking if you are sure you want to delete these files.
Click ok.
This will take several minutes, then your page
will reload and show how much storage space you have used and
how much is available again!

EVERYTHING you post on the message boards, or pages
on ANY site you belong to adds to this list and
uses up your storage space!!

If you have unjoined a site, everything you posted on that site
is still listed here.. If you delete messesages or pics on pages
they will still be showing here and taking up space! They must
be deleted here also!!

Now, Go back to the top of this tut-
Where you click on My Web Documents
Check the other sites also to see what pics
you have added into their photo albums! Pictures in Photo Albums
will not be listed on My Web Documents,
but do count toward your storage space!
