To Save a back up of your community page or any page for that matter follow these simple steps.

1 From your Computers My Documents create a folder to hold your backup. Right Click anywhere on a Blank Spot Click New and from the Menu Select Folder.

2 Windows will create a new folder called new folder. Right click the folder and click Rename and type in what you want it to be called.

3. Now Open the page you want to save. From your browser Click File and Then Save As

4. A Window will open to My Documents Find the folder you just made then Click On it and Click the Save Button.

5. Another Window will open where you can name the file for future reference. Click Open

6. Another Window Will open to inside the folder. Any last minute changes can be made here for example if you already have a file stored with the same name. To Continue Click Save

7. The Page and files will now download to your folder.

8. Now You can go to your documents and see the folder. Open it to show the files and html document.
 
9. The htm file can be opened in either a local browser or with a html editor such as Front Page.... Your Page Has Been Backed Up :)
