~Major Arcana~

(1) The Magician - Indicates a time of new beginnings. This is a period of high ambition, motivation, setting goals, and new ventures. New romantic beginnings or hard work may cause stress. Try to assert yourself at work, be more goal oriented. Now is the time to take on a new project or venture, possibly landing a new job. Be ambitious and make a fresh start, take a new course of action. Financial transactions can be rewarding. A major transfer of ownership is probable. Remember the fulfillment of one desire lay the seeds of another.

(2) The High Priestess - Indicates you are at a crossroads, a period of waiting with some success but both positive and negative polarities. Waiting, learning, assimilation, and negotiations will be important characteristics. You may feel impatient, withdrawn, and removed; frequently thinking of your past. Try not to think about love and spend time communicating with your family. You will have a swift and total recovery from any illness. Although you may be disappointed after waiting, don't sacrifice what is right for temporary satisfaction. Hold on, help will come if you need it. You may want to make a commitment.

(3) The Empress - Indicates group activities (passive rather than active). Focus on being rather than doing. You may feel discontent because something is missing from your life or feel strain communicating with others. Begin to take life easy, put off work and seek peace and comfort in nature. Although you can expect communication problems, money is soon to arrive and your stress and strain will end. Success will only come through a positive change in attitude. You may have to refamiliarize yourself with your feelings and learn to trust again. This won't come easy - expect delays.

(4) The Emperor - Symbolizes the manifestation of an idea, lifted spirits and good fortune. Focus on construction of new projects, formation of ideas, material gain and accomplishment. You might have concerns about your health. Friends and family will be on your side at this time. Unexpected progress will be a pleasant surprise. You will prosper in financial matters, but there may be an unsatisfactory relationship in work or business. You should not delay major decisions any more than you have. It is time to accept what is coming your way. Don't delay!

(5) The Hierophant - Indicates change, challenge and fluctuation in your life. Focus on organizations, groups and structures already established. Try to integrate yourself with key figures around you, establish deeper bonds with them. Now is the time for romantic encounters or opportunities. Anxiety and travel may make you question the value of your work. You may have to deal with unexpected problems with a doctor or hospital. You will receive an upsetting phone call or bill in the mail. Someone may be preventing you from moving forward. Spiritual insight will help you from being taken advantage of.

(6) The Lovers - Indicates adjustments in thoughts, attitudes and conditions. You will experience sudden unpredictable changes in your life. Interesting experiences and new encounters will abound. Seperation from loved ones will cause you frustration. Now is a time to be productive, ideas will flow easily and new avenues will open. Emphasize work! Try to be sexually or physically active. Although you will inherit unexpected good fortune, be sure to pay your debts first. Suffer through any unavoidable consequences that you have been putting off. Resolving family problems will result in inner peace and happiness.

(7) The Chariot - Symbolizes introspection and solitude. Focus on re-evaluation of yourself and your standing with others. Share your deepest feelings with others, even if you are uncomfortable in doing so. You may experience unanticipated difficulties that you must deal with immediately. You will resolve a problem that you have been dealing with for some time. Your passion for love and fulfillment will be strong. Real happiness will come through surmounting your weaknesses and fear. Confront someone over a money issue, arguments won't last and things will work out better than anticipated.

(8) Strength - Positive change of mind or status. Focus on challenging situations with family, business and love. Results are slow in coming because you may feel challenged by others or troubled with your conscience. Positive changes will bring feelings of power, nothing will defeat you. You will overcome all obstacles! You will receive recognition for you work. After being disappointed in love an old friend will return, easing your mind. Great earning potential, concentrate your efforts and delay the fruits of your labor.

(9) The Hermit - A situation/period is nearing an end. Focus on solving your problems and seeking the truth. You are in a final stage and need to find your destiny. Completion of this cycle will end your worry and ensure success. There will be a major lifestyle change ahead for you, but you may be apprehensive to experience new situations. Take the time to examine yourself both physically and mentally. Increase your productivity. Any suppression will come to an end. By enlightening others, you will attain that which you are seeking.

(10) The Wheel of Fortune - A new situation is about to begin. Your plans will be unpredictable. Spend time focusing on controversial matters and conflicts. You'll need information and insight. Be on guard, there will be an unexpected change in your affairs. Ill health will befall a friend or loved one, your family will be a tremendous burden. In certain situations this could indicate a prosperous new beginning filled with financial success. You now will be able to purchase items that you had previously put on hold.

(11) Justice - A period of waiting. Focus on reaching your goals and thinking about cause vs. effect. You are very outward and open about emotions. People may make you feel insecure, vulnerable and defenseless. Upsetting work news will hurt your finances. You may want to get a second opinion reguarding health matters. Changes will come and finances will improve, wait for time to take its course. Take the time to do a charitable deed or act of kindness. You have completed a lifecycle, let tomorrow take care of itself. In the end you will come out on top.
