Thanks to all for your interest and participation. This website is shaped by the manager and by those members who chose to grace its pages with their astrophotos, comments, questions and discussions. For those members that have been principal contributors and participants, may I extend my gracious appreciation and heartfelt thanks. To those of you that are our "silent" partners, I hope that you will find this site to be of continuing interest and a source of information. There are many other great sites on the web that explore the Universe we find ourselves in. I hope that you will consider "Astronomy & Space" to be at least among those sites worth exploring and revisiting from time to time. Doug (Manager @ A & S) |

Feb. 1, 2002: 1,703 members !
December 27th, 2001: 1,600 members. Many thanks for your interest and hopefully your participation in this community. What aspect of astronomy or space exploration are you interested in ? Got a burning astronomy question keeping you awake at night ? Extrasolar planets...what the heck are those ? Please use our message board...it's free and non-judgmental. After all, we're just here to learn and share our skyviewing experiences. There are no silly questions (and we try to avoid silly answers). Don't be shy...it's O.K. to be curious about the Universe.
| | Nov. 19, 2001: Astronomy & Space attained another milestone this morning with the addition of 2 pending members. We're now at 1,500 members. Everyone take a bow ! |
Nov. 3/2000: Oops ! Looks like MSN is introducing yet another upgrade. Guess what I lost !?
I'll just have to continue my comments about our growing membership from November 3rd/2001 with 1465 members. I'm afraid I managed to lose all history and comments prior to that date. I should have guessed that something was amiss when I saw that blank subject field at the "Edit" stage for this page.
Sorry about that !
