Please remember to check all information you find here with your doctor. Every persons system is different and this will help your doctor give you the best quality of care. Please never attempt to take herbal medications without consulting your doctor. Many prescription medications have herbal properties and you may accidentally overdose yourself. It is very helpful to chart your pain on a daily basis. We provide pain charts on the sidebar for your personal useage. This helps the doctor with clues as to where your pain is coming from and what triggers it. It also helps you in learning what to do to help yourself feel more comfortable. You are welcome to any information you find in these files for your own personal useage. You are not allowed to run it off in bulk or for commercial purposes as according to the fair useage act.
