| well ... I am glad you found Brenda's Heart Of Gold - or BHOG as many of us call it. I moved here on January 3, 2003. While I am trying to find my keys to let you in, let me tell you a little about the house...I am always losing things..no sense of direction either but I do try. I love new boarders- the members of the house are family and I do have a few openings for special friends left... Are you thinking of moving in and joining us. There is a lovely chat room called "Goldie's Rendez Vous" where we meet and chat a few nights a week. If you go to the Rendez Vous Chat room page and click on Parachat, you can enter without registration or passwords...quite easy. Because even though we all live here --we are on different time zones..isn't technology amazing..(chuckle..good spiel on selling you the deal ..eh? yes..I am Canadian) yes..I am coming..I can hear those keys jingling.. and we meet in the chat room sometimes to catch up....we even have a noon hour chat on Friday EST - which makes it easy for those on another zone to meet up with us.... We have a lot of information in various rooms and if you follow the house's blue print -some ordinary folks call it the "Site Map" you will be amazed. We also have a wonderful Library, a soothing Inspirational room-known to the boarders as Lite a Candle Shrine, Health Center, Snack & Chat Kitchen, Game Room and there is even a section for your pets..(yep..they run the joint at night ..or run their humans..) oh and of course a club house for the kids to play -all safe family oriented games. This is a well kept house. Our staff is always around to answer questions and help in any way we can. The cast of characters that live here with me in cyberspace would make a block buster comedy. Let's say I have a disappearing turkey..that roams the rooms and has for over a year, a resident who says she laughs so much that she almost wets her knickers, a character called (?) who changes your identity- a real gender bender- ..LOL..don't sign anything..and yours truly here is also an "in your dreams part time boss of an oil rig in the Arabian Gulf"..can't tell you everything now...just enough to wet your whistle as they say... So - OK- I have your interest and I found my keys..now if you step inside--you can find out the terms of the lease- or as common folk might say "those darn rules "...let's boogie now..time is a wasting..even in cyberspace... Brenda-Manager-Chief bottle washer too at times....never a dull moment here..ha!! If only you knew....LOL ..well..never seen a "cyberspace door knob--it is called "Next Button Knob"--get with the program now folks..the house is starting to get too friendly with the neighbors..known as MSN. We welcome new friends from around the world. There is so much to learn from each other in sharing friendships. ...We also offer "free parking..meaning you can lurk to your hearts content..but once you come in..you are no longer a guest..you got chores to do like any other member of the family..rent is cheap and we are a barrel of laughs..
