Many group managers/assistant managers reporting problems trying to edit pages in their groups.
MSN is aware of the problem.  The only workaround is to get your old page where you want it, click the "Use HTML to  create my page" at the bottom, copy the HTML, create a new page, again check the "Use HTML" box, paste the html from your old page into it, uncheck the "Use HTML" box, name your new page and delete the old page.

A number of members are reporting being unable to regain their storage. This has been occuring on and off for a while, but has become more widespread again.
There is a tutorial to attempt to regain storage, but if that fails, then it will be necessary to contact MSN.

Many groups are inaccessible for posting, with attempts showing "hmmm, can't find that page" in the posting window after hitting send.  Also, some groups are reporting pages being stripped of either graphics, text or both, and pictures appearing as red xs.  Activity meters are stuck.
These problems are due to MSN's ongoing server issues.  As different servers are usually down at different times, not all groups are being affected at once.

Writing to groups contact is usually fruitless other than to make them aware that there is a problem.  You will likely receive a response stating they know and working to resolve the issue.

Groups invitation feature no longer working. Possibly disabled deliberately by MSN.
The only workaround is to encourage potential members to click the Join Now link, then allow them in through the Groups software.

Document folders are unavaible via the msnuser country-specific domains. MSN appears to be temporarily switching document folders to the groups.msn.com domain. Access to groups via the msnuser domains also seems to be affected.
Change all links on custom pages or lists to files in the document folder from www.msnuser.com, uk.msnuser.com, ca.msnuser.com and all other country-specific msnuser domains to groups.msn.com.

Many members report having problems posting messages.  The "New Discussion" and "Reply" buttons do not work.
If you click "New Discussion" or "Reply" before the page has completely loaded, the link may not work.  And clicking too soon can prevent the rest of the required code for the page from loading at all.  Watch the status line at the bottom of your browser window to make sure that the page has completely loaded before clicking "New Discussion" or "Reply".

It is possible for two people to have the same nickname in a group, one registered and the other not.
The presence or absence of the smiley with sunglasses icon distinguishes between the two.

When banning or canceling the membership of a member, a manager or assistant manager may elect to remove all messages, photos, and files posted by the member.
NOTE:  Choosing this function causes all responses to any messages originated by the member to be deleted along with the original post.

Managers (not assistants) may now select to have members' messages, photos, and files deleted automatically deleted when members leave or are removed from the group.
NOTE:  If this option is selected, any messageboard threads originally started departing members will be deleted along with all responses to those threads.

Many members report getting "can't find that page" error when trying to manage pages.
This problem is probably caused by having a photo album hidden and/or indented.  See this thread.

Insert a single-celled table into the page, set its background color, and copy the rest of the data into the table.  See this thread.

Some groups (probably with long names) have all of their custom pages stretched wider than normal requiring horizontal scrolling.
Suggest changing browser default font size and/or screen resolution to diminish the problem until MSN gets it fixed.  The alternativeis tocreate a new group with a shorter name.

Per the help section, In a private, unlisted group, only members can view the site. Membership is by invitation only. It used to bethat people who stumbled on such a site received a message stating that the manager was not accepting invitations. It now asks the visitor to apply to join.
In case a search engine picks up your group and directs traffic to it, it is recommended that you include the statement that "Applicationsfor membership are not being accepted at this time"

Members reported being unable to reply to messages although there was no problem with starting new ones, posting pictures, etc.  Replying resulted in an error message or system hang.
Uninstalling a program called Hotbar resolved the problem for one member. Popup ad blockers are a common cause of this problem. Running IE repair did the trick for another.

Some pending members cannot be accepted or denied.  In a few cases, a count shows for the number of pending members, but no names show up.
Evidently, there were several nickname and e-mail address issues causing this problem.  MSN has fixed several of them, but some are still pending.  See this thread.
