TRIBUTE TO EMERGENCY

The 1970s show Emergency was the what got the Paramedic program going in the United States. Two firefighters who were also paramedics , they were the field eyes of the doctors at Rampart General. The shows was on the air for 7 seasons. Fireman/Paramedics John Gage , and Roy DeSoto are the two main stars in the show. A lot of thanks is owed to this show. Every episode was filled with action and adventure, not to mention there was a lot of do's and don'ts when it came to dangerous situations. The show helped the public what to do in case of an emergency, and how to stay out of harms way.
