Monthly Promo

Rromo RULES- 
 Pomos can only be played after your sixth turn
1, The promos can only be taken once a month.
2. If I find out that you have two of the same promos you wont be able to use promo cards anymore
3. The user that has a promo must use a normal card in their hand to treat as the promo card,
 you must tell your opponent it is used as a promo
if you dont that card will be useless.

 To get the Promo Card you must post a message in the (Get The Promo MessageBoard)

Effect: Each turn you must pay 700 lp's(this is not a option)
All Magicians are protected from any magic card,
When This card is destroyed you draw cards from your deck until you draw an magician type monster, that card is special summoned and your whole hand is discarded to the graveyard
