WHAT THE HELL IS BANDWIDTH???
Simply put, bandwidth is the amount of information than can pass thru a specific point over a given period of time. If bandwidth for a particular Webpage is exceeded, that page will be unaccessible until the next given time period starts. The amount of bandwidth is controlled by the host. In the case of the Underground, the host is MSN. MSN Groups doesn't have bandwidth restrictions that I know of. Think of it like this. If you have a morphine drip at the hospital with a pushbutton to self administer, it only allows you a certain amount of doses over a given period of time. Once you exceed that amount, you can't dose-up anymore until the timer starts over. Speaking of that, what time is it...it's 4:20 of course. Isn't it always?
