This is an MSN group, about Nintendo. It was made by Nintendo gamers for Nintendo gamers on July 7th, 2001 and is a site dedicated to bring you the best in the world of Nintendo.

Article 2: -About the graphic material on this site-
This site, in no way tries to take credit for any of the graphic material such as pictures (except those marked as NLEN Pictures), featured on this site. We are not responsable for your actions should you take the material that does not belong to NLEN.

Article 2a -About what belongs to NLEN-
-Every section on our site and it's original layout.
-Every picture, video, or sound file in the NLEN Photos album, or Documents section under NLEN Files.

Article 2b -About what does not belong to NLEN-
-The cheats on our site.
-Every picture, video, and sound file NOT marked in the NLEN Photos album or in the Documents section marked as NLEN Files.

Article 3 -About the original material on this site- 
Although the original text and sections are PROTECTED property of NLEN and may not be used without express written consent of the creator (e-mail), and if this rule is violated, inmediate legal action will be taken (and it does not matter what country you live in) and you will be reported to MSN, although MSN does not take legal responsability for your actions, you will be banned from MSN forever.

Article 4 -About features such as the Message Boards-
The function of the message boards in interaction with other people, nothing more, nothing less. To ensure the full functionablility of these boards and the enjoyment of the people visiting and posting on these boards, we enforce the following rules:
- No pornography or graphic adult material of ANY
kind.
- No swearing or cussing. (The only exception to this rule is masking swears like d*** or s***.)
- No spamming (What is spamming? The addition of advertisements for other sites or products of any kind, and off-topic post in any of our boards, except the off-topic board, which serves that very purpose, and using the boards as a dating service)
- No flaming (What is flaming? Using a derogatory remark to insult a member, manager or another person in general)

Article 5 -About the Chat room-
Like the MSG Boards, the Chat room's function is
the ability to interact. Therefore the same rules will be used as with the MSG Boards.

Article 6 -About the site's parent company-
Shark Entertainment Corporation, Ltd. the parent company of this site, has the final say in any decision made on this site, and may choose to ban a member, delete a certain post, section, or any other material at any point in time.

Article 6a -About the intervention of Shark Ltd. in the matters of this site-
In any event that an award, reward or giveaway is made from NLEN, no employee of Shark Ltd., manager of NLEN, NLEN Cubed, NLEN Tips & Tricks, NintendoCenter or Zelda Kingdom is eligible for participation in such giveaways.
