Using the Chat room and the Message Board 
We encourage everyone to treat
each other with respect.
As such you may not:
 | Use expressions of a discriminatory nature, including making sexist, racist or homophobic comments and/or swearing or using abusive language or behave in a manner, which causes annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety.

 | Use theMessage board to threaten, harass or stalk others participating in the service.Anyone flaming another guest will be dismissed by the management, and their membership in this assocation terminated permanently

| Impersonate someone, other than your alter ego( Your sign in nick name ) including any friend, relative, celebrity, host, moderator or member of MSN staff with the intent to mislead or cause harm.

| Act in any way that disrupts the dialogue in any Chat area. This includes flooding, bombing or any other activity that jeopardises the efficient operation of the Chat area.

| Indulge in any activity that may in The Family's opinion have an adverse affect on the atmosphere of the web site, such as persist in posting off-topic comments and the posting of statements that may incite other's to violate these regulations.

| Post chain letters. Begging letters or Pyramid schemes. There will be no exception's tolerated.

| Transmit advertising or solicitate for your own advantage. You may post the address of your personal website and any publicity for an upcoming theatrical performance, envolving yourself. |
| Connect to the server using a proxy server connection.
|
| Post or use computer programs that contain potentially destructive features such as: viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or unauthorized bots |

Take away all of these edicts and you have free speech. You also have anarchy, and an organization I dont think any one of us would be a part off.
I guess if anyone wants to use the American constitution or The Canadian Charter of rights, as their mandates then you have to go with all of it, not just the parts that suit your personal philosophy.
We do however encourage a whole hearted discussion on any topic about which you feel strongly.
Just dont get your whiskers in a knot.
