| Tarot Contemplation Ritual 1. Take from the 22 major arcana cards, numbers 6, 7, 10, 13, 15 and 18. Keep the remaining 16 cards with you while you perform the Relaxation Ritual (Relaxation Ritual). 2. Immediately following the Relaxation Ritual , shuffle the cards until you feel it is time to stop. 3. Select any one card and look at the picture on it for no more than three minutes. 4. Take three breaths and you are done. 5. Record the information in your diary, along with any ideas, feelings that you had. |
