Crunchy Dog Biscuits

2 eggs
2 tbsp. soy flour
2 tbsp. wheat germ
2 tbsp. instant non-fat dry milk
½ tsp. salt
4 tbsp. water
2 cups whole wheat flour

NOTES : added corn-meal gives these biscuits the crunch dogs love.

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F.  Use ungreased cookie sheets.

  2. Break the eggs into a large bowl and stir until well blended.

  3. Add the soy flour, wheat germ, dry milk, salt and water and stir until smooth.

  7. Remove and cool on racks.
