Lopez-Sensei founded the Kenkido Association in his home country of Venezuela in 1999. He trains in Motubo-Ha Shito-Ryu.  Joel, being a Christian, wanted to find a good Christian Karate-Do Organization to join. While searching the Web, he came across Seishin-Do Karate. He saw that it was a Christian Karate-Do Organization, but moreover, it was a Christian Shito-Ryu Style. Needless to say, as you can see, Joel-Sensei is now an Associate Member of Seishin-Do Karate Seishoku-Kai (Karate for Christ). It's important to note that, Lopez-Sensei's membership into the Seishoku-Kai, help launch this ministry into the "International Arena" as the world's first school of Kirisuto Kyoto-ha ShuHaRi Shito-Ryu Karate-do as a Christian Ministry Organization.

Thank you Lopez-Sensei, for helping us accomplish this unforeseen goal, in spread the good news of Jesus Christ in your country through Seishin-Do Karate Seishoku-Kai.
