COST for the retreat will be as follows:

Friday & Saturday: 

• Adults - $70.00 
• Children (7-11) - $50.00

Saturday only: 

• Adults - $55.00; 
• Children (7-11) - $35.00*

(for children under 7 years old,  please speak with us personally)
* All children under 12 years old MUST accompanied by an adult who will take responsibility for the child for the entire retreat. 

10% Family Discount for two or more in the same family. $20 Discount for all retreat instructors
(Free if you bring 5 or more students).

Things to Bring: 

• Release form, if we don't already have it.  NO ONE under the age of 16 will be allowed to participate without it..NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
• Gi and or, other comfortable
  work-out clothes.
• Fighting gear, escrima stick and bo, if you have them.
• Pillow sheets and blanket for twin bed, or a sleeping bag; towels, washcloths, personal toiletries, personal snacks.
• Jacket or sweatshirt.
• Do Not Bring:  Illegal substances, firearms, alcohol, or bad attitudes.
