| Computers 101, the very basics Copy and pasting: To copy and paste text you 1. Highlight the desired text using your cursor 2. Hold the ctrl key and quickly hit the 'c' key and release both keys 3. Choose where you want to past it (I.E. Notepad, Wordpad, or messenger window) 4. Click your cursor in the window you want to paste in 5. If you want to include an image from your MSN photo album in your post, such as a picture of you, or a signature graphic someone made for you that you use a similier process. It is best not to use an image saved elsewhere as that can be cinsidered bandwidth theft. But you can do this, 1. Right click on the image you want to use 2. Click on the portion of the reply you want to use the image in 3. Hold the Ctrl key and hit the 'v' key quickly, release both keys. If you like, you can save this information for future use so that if you forget you can open it up and remember. To do this I recommond you open a Notepad, or your prefered word proccesing program, copy and paste the instructions into your word proccessing program. Then click near the top of your word proccesor where it says file, click on that, scroll down, click 'save as'. A small window will open and give you an option what to name it and where to save it, if you are new to computers you should probably save it right in the 'my documents' folder, name is something like 'Copy and paste info' and save it. Now when you need it again, it will always be there. A very cool resource is www.mail2web.com This site will allow you to check ANY e-mail adress, even hotmail from their site. This is usefull if you are away from home and want to check your home e-mail, or if you are having problems checking your e-mail.
