How to Submit Class
Step One:
Contact BunnieDragon and Mor Sidhe with your Class Topic, Your Credentials as an instructor for the class (How long have you been doing it, where did you learn it, etc…), and give a brief overview of the class.
Step Two:
Write out a class itinerary. The itinerary should be in a Formal, Informal, or Q&A Format in a combination two or more formats. Submit the class by E-mail to BunnieDragon and Mor Sidhe. Changes to the class may be necessary.
Remember: Put your class itinerary in Cap Locks.
If the class is an ongoing class, it will be submitted to all Management for a vote, prior to being approved. Ongoing classes require a specific time to be taught on a weekly or monthly basis and should not be changed. Since these types of classes are time consuming and sometimes difficult, you will be required to submit your E-mail to all attendees and ensure that you are available to answer questions they may arise.
Step Three:
Select the dates for which you will be available and E-mail them to BunnieDragon and Mor Sidhe. Select, in order of preference, at least 5 dates. You will be informed of the date on which your class has been set.
Step Four:
You may request a specific member of management to monitor your classes. If that manager is not available for the dates you have selected, another manager will be assigned to your class. You will be informed of the manager’s name and E-mail address. It is your responsibility to send the completed version of the class to the monitor prior to the class.
