Amethyst

This beautiful purple stone is aligned with the crown chakra and the element of water.  It is receptive, increases psychic awareness, enhances mediation and visualization, calms fears, is healing, manifests dreams, good for peace, love happiness and protection.  It can be used to release addictions of all types and it provides protection from negativity.  Amethyst is a stone of spirituality and contentment.

Amber

Amber is related to the fire element and the Sun.  It cleanses negative energies, dispels gloom, instills positive energy, brings wisdom, balance, patience and promotes altruism.  Amber is self healing, imparts revitalization, stimulates happiness, opening and cleansing.  It provides protection, luck, healing and strength.

Gaia Stone

This vivid green gem, derived from volcanic ash, is said to carry the energy of the anima terra, or "soul of the Earth".  It aids in Goddess connection, promotes prosperity, is aligned with the heart chakra, and is good for self-healing emotional wounds.

Garnet

Garnets are associated with the element of Fire.  They aid in manifesting dreams in your life, enhance body strength, endurance and vigor, balance energy, inspire love, are attuned to heart enerty, enhance sexuality, and are good for healing, protection and revitalizing feelings.

Jet

This opaque black stone is associated with the Earth element and provides psychic protection and purification.  It guards against nightmares, strengthens psychic awareness, draws out negative energy and fears, protects against violence and illness, increases virility, promotes control of life, fights mood swings and depression, imparts luck and health, and is used in divination.

Labradorite

This colorful, luminous stone with flashes of gold, green and blue, belies its dark outer appearance, for it holds within its darkness a rainbow of brilliant hues that can be seen most fully when it is exposed to direct light.  Labradorite is used for Earth magick and divination.  It fortifies intuition and mediumistic abilities, stimulates imagination making us contemplative and introspective, grounds spiritual energies into the body, raises consciousness, is protective, relieves stress and has a calming influence.

Lapis

This deep blue opaque stone is aligned with the element of Water, and is used to stimulate the throat and third eye chakras.  It aids in past life recall and can be a catalyst for bringing old emotional wounds to the surface for healing.  It is associated with courage, wisdom, insight, strength, clarity and compassion, and enhances those qualities in those that wear it. It enhances inner visions and the attainment of wisdom.  It provides protection, is a potent fidelity charm and attracts spiritual love.

Moldavite

This wonderful and strange gemstone is the only known gem to fall to Earth from the heavens, about 14.8 million years ago.  Moldavite can be worn on any part of the body and will affect the entire auric field.  It is an excellent meditation stone, often used at the heart, third eye and crown chakras.  This powerful stone has an extremely high vibration and helps to accelerate spiritual growth, as well as increase access to inner guidance.  It enhances clairvoyance, allows insight into the meaning of our lives, encourages sympathy and compassion.

Moonstone

This delightful gemstone reveals a vibrant play of rainbow colors within its whitish or clear base color and, as with all moonstones, reflects light from within to provide a bright luminescence.  Rainbow Moonstone is balancing, introspective, reflective, lunar, and is aligned with the energies of the Goddess.  It promotes emotional well being and joy, stimulates intiutive recognition, alleviates emotional tension, promotes good fortune, is protective during travel, and represents new beginnings.

Opal

Oregon Opal is quite transparent, tinged with a pale dusky blue.  It amplifies the positive emotional states (connect with joy while releasing old wounds), and is the conduit to the truth of our essential joy.  It is related to the Fire element and aids in clearing the emotional body in the auric field.  It brings out inner beauty, loyalty, faithfulness, and spontaneity.

Ruby

Ruby is associated with the Fire element.  It shields against spychic attack, aids in retaining wealth and passion, assures restful sleep, encourages us to follow our bliss, and guards against storms and negativity.  It aids courage and the life force, imparts power and joy.

Sapphires

Sapphires relate to the Water element and relax, focus and calm the mind.  They restore balance within the body, release depression and spiritual confusion, impart mental power and self discipline, enhance psychism, love, meditation, healing and peace.  They are used in defensive magick and are the guardians of love.

Seraphinite

This unusual stone is primarily a deep green color, with feathery inclusions of silver colored iridescent formations making intricate internal patterns.  It is thought to be among the most important stones yet discovered for connecting with the higher energies.  It is a purifier, and cleanses the aura, chakras and energy meridians.  Seraphinite is centering and energizing, integrates the heart and crown chakras, a powerful tool for developing compassion, and a premier healing stone.  It brings the physical body in line with light energy.

Sunstone

Sunstone enhances personal power and will, helps heal depression, provides protection, health, and psychical energy.  It stimulates sexual arousal and increases sexual energy.

Pleiadean Star

The 7-pointed star (also called the Fairy or Elven Star) represents the Pleiadean Star System, known as the Seven Sisters, and was named after the daughters of Atlas and Pleione.  According to Greek mythology, Orion the hunter fell in love with the sisters and their mother.  He pursued them relentlessly for seven years trying to win their affections.  Eventually, the God Zeus intervened and transformed the seven sisters into doves to help them escape from Orion's advances.  The doves flew into the sky to become the stars we see today.  The word "Pleiades" in Greek means "doves".  This mystical star system has been revered throughout antiquity, and has been called the center of the Universe, the seat of immortality, and the home of the Divine.

7 Pointed Star

Known as the Faerie or Elven Star, the 7 pointed star is one of the entrances to the Faerie Realm - the gateway to the Otherworld.  Each point on the star represents a pathway, or the 7 rays of manisfestation of the Higher Self, as follows:

1st point - Power, Personal Will and Determination

2nd point - Unconditional Love, Wisdom and Growth

3rd point - Knowledge and Intelligence

4th point - Harmony and Tranquility

5th point - the Powers of Mind and Science

6th point - Devotion and Honesty

7th point - Magick

The points blend with each other, nuturing and joining us as one with the Universe, bestowing personal and spiritual transformation.

8 Pointed Star

Ancient spiritual symbol with possible origins in Sumaria, where it symbolized Anu, the Creator God. The 8 pointed star also signified Inanna, Goddess of Morning and Evening.  This interwoven symbol, with design variations, can be found in many other cultures from the Vikings to the American Indian.  It shows up in the mystical sciences of the Middle Ages and is present in most of the world's religions.  It is a symbol of magick and is associated with magickal forces.  The number "eight" signifies strength and beauty, dominion, confidence, good judgement and power.

Star of the Muses

The 9 pointed star is the symbol of the Ninefold Goddess as the source of inspiration for poetry, dance, history, sacred songs, tragedy, love and musci.  The muses emerged from the original Triple Goddess.
