Determine your required worksheets; then add these costs to the $4.58 cost of the completed Form 1040EZ. Your tax return will be prepared for this price and returned to you in 30 days. If Irea Graves Tax Service professional opinion decides a worksheet is not required for your federal tax return; you will receive the change along with your prepared federal tax return. Review the List of Required Information below. Mail any information on the list needed, the Form 1040EZ order form completed along with a money order for the Federal Tax Form 1040EZ and required worksheets for your federal tax return to the address listed below.
