These were taken from the book " The 21 Lessons of Merlyn - A Study in Druid Magic & Lore" by Douglas Monroe, a terrific teacher and writer.  This is a great book and I highly recommend it's reading.  The knowledge and wisdom given by this man is truly amazing.
