Receiving the 'Seal of Approval' is an honor, and we take it very seriously.  Those receiving this seal will be listed on the 'Seal Bearer's' page.

This seal is not easy to earn...We will honor those sites that when visited, you stop and say, "Wow"!

Do not take this seal, you must earn it! Anyone found using this seal without the consent of the managers of 'The Women of MSN Groups' will be in violation of copyright and MSN's Code of Conduct

Those earning this seal will have met, or exceeded the following qualifications:

*Note:  Do not submit your site until it is ready for viewing.

All sites must belongs to MSN Groups.  No private or adult sites! All sites submitted must be at least 90 days old. Your site must be Viewer Friendly! This means, are links placed in appropriate places, or do viewers have to scroll back or use the back button to get out of the page they are in? Do you have proper warnings posted, if needed? Original backgrounds -- giving yourself credit or proper credit of the artists.  In some cases, we may ask to see written permission granted from certain artists. Your site must have depth!  Whatever your topic is, cover it from the beginners point of view to the more advanced -- a good marketing tool...unless your site is called, "Experienced Underwater Hand-basket Weavers". Make sure that all instructions on your site are clear, and that even a beginner can understand them. Tidy margins, correct spelling and punctuation, 100% page width, rules in clear view (if needed), no copyright violations, no nudity, no foul language, no blank spaces on bottom of pages, no red X's, properly working links, clearly stated theme, management participation and accessibility.  This list is subject to change, please check back. You must use a hyperlink to all awards, membership banners, or anything else that you are promoting outside of your Group. This is a common courtesy, and an unwritten rule. No one wants to know that they have taken their personal time to review your Group for an award, and you could not take the time to link that award back to them. Check all of your pages before submitting, because we will!

If you submit for the SOA and your site does not meet the basic standards listed above, you will be asked to fix it until it does.  You may then re-submit your site 30 days after notification of denial.

If you do not take constructive criticism well, please do not waste our time by submitting.

If at any time your site no longer qualifies for this seal, you will be asked to remove it.

Due to amount of submissions, please allow up to two weeks to process.
