Again great reporting! [Group Home Residents With Disabilities in Washington, DC, Severely Mistreated and Sometimes Left to Die, According to New Filing in Federal Lawsuit]
I believe Sandy Bernstein, legal director for University Legal Services may introduce in this trial to come, that, the D.C. Mayor (defendant) following being forced off the D.C.'s validated Mayoral Voter Campaign Election Petition process for frauds, a young woman(mentally handicapped) was also murdered after sexual molestation by his agencies no-bid public contract awardee, and, at that time Mayor Williams publically threaten to prosecute this childs helpless mother in (his) defending another favored political ally (2002), her greatest pain - the loss of her child - and - of all who cared - it was not the mayor.
There are truely many legal needs this community (District of Columbia) have, yet unfortunately too many low wage ($26,500) workers aren't eligible for D.C.'s, University Legal Services. After average cost of living and expenses not much remains for competent legal assistance (too many shills).
Washington D.C. is a beautiful town, and, Sandy Bernstein makes a better place for us all.
The Defendant in this matter, Mayor Anthony Williams, is supported by different legal interests, who in kind demonstrate D.C.'s underlying systemic political racketeering for profit industry.
The initial Order, (*thirty) years ago, came under Mayor Marion Barry, who is currently on parole for other Federal crimes, and, although a convicted felon, here, he too miraculously turns a blind eye - again - to these heinous criminal acts in his current City Council position (2004) when helpless innocent victims of his political theifdoms like Mayor Williams, the victims happen to be black.
Please, don't take this wrong - rapes, murders, thefts, and, embezzlement in the District of Columbia find no providence in Mr. Williams or Mr. Barry's political party machine when it's victims happen to be black.
Most believe that wrong is wrong, your Legal E-Lerts, and ,the terrific results you broadcast are very encouraging. Keep up the great work!
