- Look before you ask.
- Post on the proper board for your topic.
- Do not type in ALL CAPS (this includes subject lines) it is considered YELLING.
- Give your message a subject line which indicates the nature of the question and helps others find answers to the same.
- Use full words (not chat slang), proper punctuation and grammar. We need to be able to understand you to help you.
| - We don't do "mouse calls" so don't email the managers for help.
- Post your problem in the message boards.
- The idea here is that everyone learns together.
- We are here to help you learn, not do your work. We volunteer, please respect that.
- Use some common sense.
- Follow the ToU and CoC.
- Don't display email addresses,
- Come to the Group to participate...
- Don't reply from your mailbox. Why Not?
