~Characters~

Here's a list of characters and a short description about them.

Yami Yugi- (Yami Yugi)yugi turns into him when he duels. Yami Yugi has more confidence and courage. He is a good duelist and at the moment is ranked no.1 in the duelist kingdom. He was a great pharaoh that lived over 5000 years ago until he locked away the shadow games, and himself as well. Now he is a spirit trapped in the Millenium Puzzle, that only has half his memories. Deck: Yugi's Black Magician deck. Millenium Item: Millenium Puzzle.

Yugi Mutou- (Mutoh Yugi) Yugi's grandfather Solomon Mutou taught him how to due. Yugi goes to Domino High school. Everyone at his school might know him as a shy kid. His friends know him as someone that they can count on. The millenium puzzle, given to yugi by his grandpa, contains the soul of an ancient egyptian pharaoh who lived 5000 years ago. Yugi is the reincarnation of the pharaoh. Deck: Black Magician deck. Millenium Item: Millenium Puzzle.

Joey Wheeler- (Katsuya Jounochi)Joey is a tough street kid, with a heart of gold. Joey has learn about the true meaning of friendship and the heart of the cards. Joey learned to play duel monsters from yugi and his grandpa and came second in the duelist kingdon tournament. Joey is the reincarnation of  the pharaoh's friend. Deck: Warrior/Animal deck. Millenium Item: none

Téa Gardener- (Mazaki Anzu)She is a great friend and she always cheers her friends on. She is willing to help her friends in anyway she can. Dispite being friendly she can and will stand up for herself, and can be downright scary if you get to her bad side. Wants to be a dancer. Reincarnation of the Pharaoh's friend. Deck: ? Tristan Taylar- (Hiroto Honda)He met Yugi at the same time Joey did. Best friends with Joey. Works as a cleaner. He's always there for his friends. In the background a lot. He's the reincarnation of one of the pharaoh's friends. Deck: ? Millenium Item: none

Ryou Bakura- (Bakura Ryou)He is one of Yugi's friends. Bishounen (pretty boy). Shy, and a bully target. A pushover. His evil Yami's reincarnation, who was a tomb robber. Deck: Occult Deck. Millenium Item: Millenium Ring.

Yami Bakura-(Yami Bakura) Friends with Malik, and agrees to help him kill Yugi inexchange for help collecting all the millenium items. Psycho, harsh, cruel, and insane. Doesn't like Ryou, because he's too soft. Used to be a tomb robber. Deck: Ritual deck. Millenium Item: Millenium ring.

Solomon Motou (Grandpa)- (Mutoh Sugoroku)He used to be a world traveller & an archaeologist, but now he owns a neighbourhood gaming store. He gave yugi the millenium puzzle and told him to solve it (in the american version of the show). He taught Yugi about the heart of the cards. When he was beaten by Seto Kaiba, he passed down his deck to Yugi. Deck: Black Magician Deck. Millenium Item: none.

 Mai Valentine- (Kujaku Mai) Courageous, and self centered. Knows what right and what's wrong. Lonely for a while, until Yugi and his friends taught her the meaning of friendship. Deck: Amazoness deck and Harpy Ladies Deck. Millenium Item: none

Bandit Kenth-(Bandit Keith)He's a #1 american duelist who was defeated by only one person- Pegasus himself! The guy would do anything to get back at Pegasus (and for the money prize). He's coldhearted and selfish. Deck: Machine deck. Millenium Item: none

Seto Kaiba-(Kaiba Seto)He's a multi-billionaire & the owner of KaibaCorp. He lost to Yugi because he didn't understand about the heart of the cards. He has held a grudge against Yugi ever since. He is a top duelist and owns 3 of the 4 only BEWD's in da world. He isn't evil just misunderstood. His little brother Mokuba is his only living relative, and he would do anything for him. The reincarnation of an Egyptian High Priest. Deck: Beatdown deck. Millenium Item: none (when he was the priest, he owned the millenium rod)

Mokuba Kaiba-(Kaiba Mokuba)Seto's little brother. He has great respect for yugi for saving him and, unlike seto, he likes yugi & the rest of the gang. He waas kidnapped by Pegasus in a failed attemp to take over Seto Kaiba's company.Deck: ? Millenium Item: none

Noa Kaiba-(Kaiba Noa)The man that adopted Seto and Mokuba's real son, who was claimed dead. He appears in Battle City, where he beats Seto, and he's on his way dueling Yugi. He gets Mokuba on his side, by convincing him that he is Mokuba's real brother, and Seto's a fake. He looks basicly like Seto, except for he has greenish-blue hair and there is a HUGE height diffrence.

Maxamillion Pegasus-(Pegasus J. Crawford) A lonely man who, after the loss of his wife Cecila (Cynthia in the Japanese version), went in search of methods to get her back.(he's pretty cool) He went to egypt where Shadi gave him the millenium eye but he decided he needed more items to get her back so he arranged a secret tournament on duelist island in the hope of attracting those who possess the other 5 millenium items (shadi has one). He tried to take over kaiba corp but failed. The millenium eye lets him read people's minds and capture souls (but all of the items can do this). He uses the eye to cheat at duel monsters so he can tell what cards his opponent has in his/her hand. The 'creator' of duel monsters. Deck: Toon deck Millenium Item: Millenium Eye

Shadi-(Shadi)He is the keeper of the Millennium Itemsand protector of Egyptian Tombs. He's not a reincarnation of anyone, as he NEVER DIED. Isn't very friendly, and scared me sometimes, but really...he's an ok. guy just trying to protect the millenium items from Ryou's Yami. Deck: ? Millennium Item(s): Millennium scale and the Millennium Ankh.

Malik Ishtar-(Ishtar Malik)  Evil. (but really cool) Good friends with Ryou's Yami.(heheh...and what a pair they make...) Believes that it was Yugi's/Yami's fault that his father died, when it was his own Yami that killed his father, and is out for revenge. Utterly ruthless. Is eventually banished from the body by Yami Malik. Not sure where he went..... Deck: God/Beatdown deck Millennium Item: Millenium rod

Yami Malik-(Yami Malik) Insane! (but still really cool) Wants to put everything into darkness. He wants death and destruction, and is out to kill everyone. 0.0;;; Deck: Ra Deck Millennium Item: Millennium Rod

Isis Ishtar-(Ishtar Isis)  Malik's older sister. Caring, kind, and strong. Can see into the future. Deck: Cemetary protection deck. Millennium Item: Millennium Tauk

Rishid-(Rishido) Loyal to his master- Malik, and follows him around. Deck:Trap deck and Holy Beast Selket Deck. Millennium Item: doesn't have one of his own, although he did have Malik's while posing as him.

Serenity Wheeler-(Katsuya Shizuka) Joey's (Jou's) little sister. Went to live with their mother, while Joey went to live with their father, after her parents seperated. Kind hearted. Was in the hospital going blind, but will soon be by her brother's side cheering him on! Deck: ? Millennium Item: none

Rebecca Hawkins- An american duel monsters prodegy (lol, i cant spell). She's an insane little 8yr old girl who talks to a teddy bear she carries around with her. She learned to duel from her grandfather Arthur. She held a grudge against Yugi and his grandfather because she thought Solomon stole the BEWD from her grandfather.

Arthur Hawkins- Rebecca's grandfather. He is great friends with Solomon Mutou (Yugi's gramps) and they went on archaeological digs together. Solomon saved his life so Arthur gave him his BEWD card.

Duke Devlin-(Ryouji Otogi )-The creator of dungeon dice monsters. He owns a game shop near Yugi's grandfathers shop and goes to Domino High (Yugi's school). Duke had a partnership with Pegasus which was cut short after the Duellist Kingdom tournament. He wanted to destroy Yugi by taking his title 'King of Games' and challenged him to a game of Dungeon Dice monsters.

Rex Raptor-(Kesegi Shoukin) deck: Dinosaur Deck Millennium Item: none

Weevil Underwood- (Inspecter Haga) Weevil participated in duelist kingdom. He threw the pieces of yugis exodia into the ocean on the boat trip. Yugi defeated him in the first round. He is also in battle city. Deck: Insect Deck Millenium Item: none

Espa Roba- (Espa Roba)  Espa appears in battle city. He beats people by cheating, saying that he has ESP (psychic stuff), but it's his younger brothers with binoculars up on a roof, reading the opponent's cards out to Espa though an ear phone. Joey eventually reveals Espa as a pheony, but actually, Espa was dueling for his younger brothers so they won't be beaten by bullies after school. Joey evetually becomes Espa's friend (sort of). Deck: Jinzo Deck Millenium Item: none
