Since the recent 2004-2005 hurricanes ADOPT A PET A.S.A.P. has been beseiged with damage and followed by family illnesses. Out of desperation on behalf of the animals currently in the rescue, attempts to appeal publicly for support and assistance has been futile.

Thousands of pets and animals perish and many are left homeless.
Rescuers round up 44,000 cats in N.O. area and are deperately trying to find homes for these fortunate four legged furrys before they are ultimately destroyed. 2004-2005 hurricain season has not been kind to the South East and by far stressfull and overbearing for many small pet rescues.
