A Peaceful Shade of Blue

 when we over do, the worrying, the planning, the life in general, we stress. When we stress our energies are all scattered, our mind flits here and there, every where, we get tense, nervous , over life and things in general. We need to find a quiet place, and seek some balance.

When this happens, we tend to lash out at others, or we tend to be too hard on our selves. This is not a good thing for our health. Energy flow must be constant and level. Any thing that interfers with the flow must be controlled. Visualizations are a good way to take a reality break and allow yourself some much needed space in a realitively small amount of time. The use of triggers and images can help the subconcious mind to heal. The images can bring a wandering mind and scattered energies back into focus. When the Chi is flowing correctly, we are more calm, more focused and more able to adapt to any stressing pressing in on us.

This Visualization can be done almost any where except while driving or working heavy machinery! Find a few minutes, on your break or lunch. A small time set off for the mind is a wise investment in the long run.

Find a secluded spot , away from others.Relax a minute, closing your eyes. As you close your eyes, your mind starts shutting out the out side world. you draw inward. when we draw inward, our inner self knows this is a protection action. We start to create distance for our minds to work .

Slow your breathing, slowly in thru the nose , out thru the mouth. a nice steady breathing, in and out, relaxing the mind, releasing the tension in your neck and shoulders as you breath.Allow your thoughts to tumble forward, like river water over rocks, always flowing forward, not stopping, not dwelling on one. Release the work stress, the home stress, the work. Allow your self this small break in your day, to make it yours.

As you breath, eyes closed, envision your self in a slightly darkened room. It is quiet, calm in this room, a soft white glow eminates from you , as you stand in the center of the room. You can breath easily, you feel a soft hum coming from around you, its a soft pulsing hum, it matches your heart beat. As you stand relaxing, calmly aware of your surroundings, know you are in a safe place, of your own making. You are protected. Allow all thoughts to flow forward, as you slightly raise your arms to waist level. Feel the relaxed heaviness of your arms, as your hands press slightly together in a cupped reverent fashion. As you stand there breathing, relaxing, all thoughts flowing forward, you allow all mundane thoughts to slip back ward. All your focus is now, here in this spot, you standing relaxed, arms lifted and cupped, breathing quietly in and out.

You can feel the soft pulsing hum of the energy around you, you can feel your own heart beat, your own breathing as you focus inward, blocking all outside influences. This is your here and now, your sacred space. Only you enter and dwell here, only you trigger the resonance required to work here.

Now as your relaxed mind flows only forward, imagine in your vision, that in the very center of your cupped hands, a tiny lil glow begins. A small pin point of light, a soft blue light. As you turn your attention to this pin point of light , pulsing and glowing from your outstretched hands, you can feel the beginnings of its warmth. You can see as it expands as you breath, you can feel the pulsing energy, the soft blue peaceful color twinkling and growing larger and more indepth as you focus. Breathing softly, you watch as the orb of soft blue light moves upward,floating freely of your hands, emitting a soft heat. a smooth comforting warmth that you can feel moving toward you. As the warmth from the orb reaches your skin, you feel its peaceful wash touch you, moving calmly up your arms, bathing your upturned face, caressing your mind with calming images, of soft breezes or soothing warm bathes.

no worries, no stresses, no pressing issues dwell here, only calm centered thougths. soothing your mind. centering your energy, cooling your flow. you feel the soft shades of Blue moving over and thru you, cleansing, calming, pushing along any tension or worry hiding deep. Envision your self bathed now only in soft shades of Blue. Deeper shades along the edges, softer paler Blues toward your head and heart area. No area is untouched by the Blue energy. you are bathed and wrapped in blue. Calm, centered and focused. you breath in the blue energy and you are One.

When you feel completely immersed in Blue energy, you may begin to release it. Relaxing your grip on the orb. Relaxing your mind, allowing the blue energy to now move upward, from you as it has completed its mission and you are One. Watch bathed still in glowing blue fading light as it draws upward, moving outward, taking any lingering doubts or fears with it. Know you are calmer , more centered. Know you now can face the rest of the day. Know you have the images and power to at any time recall this visualization and recieve the healing calming Blue energy once more.

Breath deeply, pushing your breath out more, moving your head and shoulders, slowly dropping your arms. Stand comforted.

Relax for a few minutes more, allowing the glow to dim slowly, and as the color fades, your awareness lifts to the out side. But remember to take the blue energy out with you, as a shield, a buffer, divinely made to protect you as you walk thru your day.
