So far you have been introduced to the idea of the universe being much more than we actually experience with the naked eye. Now it is time to expand your mind.  The following 6 sections will teach you exercises designed to open your mind and your senses. They are divided into 2 sections each. The first teaches you to use you"me's" senses and the second teach you the use you"I's" senses. Do not be discourged if you must try each exercise several times to get any results , nor if you dont receive any results at all. Different people have different skills. It is not considered a failure if you do the exercise and nothing happens. It only means you have narrowed down that particular talent as one you do not posses. This allow you to discover what talents you may have in order to begin training and developing them. Pratice each one, have a little fun and most of all Blessed BE!
 
1. Visualization
A. Physical . Sit in a comfortable chair or lay down but do not get comfortable enough as to go to sleep. Imagine youself in your kitchen. See your kitchen counter. On the counter is a cutting board and a knife along with a lemon. Pick up the lemon. Feel the texture of the lemon in your hand. Turn it over and over in your hand and look for any imperfections. See any small bumps  or patches of uneven colors. See the yellow of the lemon as you hold it in your hands. Place the lemon on the cutting board. Pick up the knife. Feel the coldnesss of the steel blade as your fingers brush it.  Carefully slice into the lemon. Hear the knife as it cuts through the lemon. Hear the blade gently crush against the core of the lemon and finally come to rest on the cutting board. Pick up the lemon piece in your hand and smell the lemon. Smell  the nice lemony aroma as is wafts its way out of the lemon. Feel the juice run down your hands as you hold it. Now put the lemon up to your lips and take a small bite. Feel the saliva rush to your mouth. Feel the tingle on your tounge as the lemon juice hits it. Feel yous lips pucker against the taste of the lemon. Put the lemon half down. walk to the door of the kitchen now. Turn out the light. Slowly open your eyes.
     Did you see the yellow of the lemon? Hear the knife cutting? Smell the aroma? Taste the sourness? Feel the bumps?  Write down your results!
B.  Mental visualization.
    Obtain a magnet. In a dark room hang the magnet by string of any type in a  palce where it is visible against a backgrond of a pale non pattern color. ( like a white wall for example)  Sit about 3 feet away from the magnet. With one eye closed gaze at the magnet with the other open eye. Look carefully around the edge of the magnet. In a short period of time you will begin to see some unsteadness along the edge of the magnet. It might appear to resemble heat when it is rising from a hot road surface. Or even the wiggly phase they show on tv when it is the begining of a dream sequence. This is the magnets energy field. Do this with one eye at a time and when you can see this field with no problems try doing it with both eyes open. You will find that usually one eye can sense better than the other one. This is your lead eye. You will use this eye primarily when you are trying to view a persons aura colors or energies.
 
Audition(Hearing)
A. Physical. You will want to find a quiet place to sit. Picture a small brook or a river or a park that you visit that is nearby.  Close your eyes and try to identify all the sounds you hear around you. When you have the chance go to this place you imagined and sit and listen for the sounds you imagined. Make sure that what you imagine and what you actually hear are alike in every detail. When you can do this you sense of "Clairaudience" or the ability to hear things is developing.
B. Mental. Using the same magnet as before in the same location twist the magnet around and around on the string until the string is taut. Release the magnet and listen for the energy of the magnet. Most people describe it as a wooshing sound. After a while you will find that when you are near things like power lines etc.... you can actually hear the energy coursing through.Some people can even sense the noise in flourescent lights.
 
Olfaction(smelling)
A. Physical. Sit with our eyes closed and imagine several distinct smells such as the smell of an apple pie or of ammonia. After you have clearly imagined smelling these items.................try writing a description of them without actually naming them so that some would be able to identify what it is you are describing without actually knowing it in advance. Once you can do this you can very clearly define and imagine other odors.
B. Mental. Using the magnet fromt he exercises before take it immerse it under running water for about 2 minutes. do not use soap or any detergent on eith the magnet or your hands. Now take each end of the magnet and smell it. When you can smell the different poles of the magnet you are developing your sense of smell. Now give the magnet to someone else you know and trust to hold for an hour or so. whne yo get it back smell it and try to sense what emotions they had while in possesion of it. Ever hear the phrase "smell of fear"? emotions have smells too.
 
Tastation
A. Physical. Prepare three different glasses of water. To each one add one teaspoon of salt, one teaspoon of vinegar, and one teaspoon of honey. Gradually reduce the amount of each ingrediant you add to the water by half. Eventually you will be able to taste and distinguish what has been added to the water even if it is only a drop or two. After a little practice you will be able to taste what actually water clouded by adulteration would be. You can also taste emotions. Have someone hold a plain glass of water for a few moments. come back and taste the water and try to sense what they were feeling. Ever hear the phrase"baked with love?"
B. Mental. Using the beloved magnet wash it clean again. Cover one end with plastic and put it in your mouth. Try and sense which end or polarity you are tasting. With a little practice you should be able to taste which pole is which. Then you will be able to taste when magnetic fields or energy is present that is different from your own.
 
Emapthy
A. Physical. Sit down and try and imagine what anger would feel like. Now try and write down how you feel without actually naming the emotion. do this with several emotions until you can associate thoses feelings with certain emotions. Now try and sense how thoses you live with are feelings without them being present. When they return home ask them about certain emotions they may have been feelings that day.
B. Mental. Back to the magnet. Using the magnet hold it in one end and aim the other end at the opposite hand. when you can sense the difference between the poles you have developed you mental empathy.
 
This lesson is one of the most important in this course. Once you have developed your senses you will begin to see the world in a whole new sense.While these new sense should not replace your common sense they should be able to aid you. Should y ou feel that you are trailing off your path you may consult your higher senses and get a new direction and answers to that which you wish to find.
