The Spook House was most likely built next to the Fun House where Terroride is now. It was built after the Fire Of 1953. It was remodeled in 1961. If it was replaced by the Terroride, it would have closed in 1966 or earlier since Terroride opened in 1967. There was another attraction like this called Haunted Shack which was built in 1966 where the Carousel Plaza is now.
Here is a photo* of the Midway taken some time in the 1960s. In the highlighted circle, you can see the Spook House. The sign above it can barely be seen through the trees. I'm not old enough to recognize anything else around it, but it might help you remember where it was.
