This tutorial will show you and tomorrow you will be a C -n- P pro! Place your mouse pointer at the beginning of the text you wish to copy and hold down your left mouse button. Then drag the mouse pointer to the end of the text you are want to copy. Stopping anywhere you wish for it to stop coping. Another term for this is called highlighting. Now, just let go of your left mouse button. While holding your mouse pointer over some of the highlighted text, click your right mouse button and a menu will pop up. Scroll down until copy is highlighted then click on it. (Or you can use CTRL-C if you like keyboard shortcuts). You have now copied your highlighted text. Next step is to go to the location where you want to put or < paste> your text. Click once in the space where you want to add your copied text. The text will begin where the cursor is at. When ready click your right mouse button and a menu will pop up. Scroll down until you see the option "paste" then click on it. (CTRL-V is your keyboard shortcut for pasting). Your text should be added right where you planned! Congratulations! You did it! Tip - If you see all or just part of a page you would like to print quickly. Select the text with you're mouse then click File > Click Print > then under Page Range choose Selection, then click print and only the selected text you highlighted will print. * HOME * Site Graphics/layout/contents © Copyright 2001-2006 Managers Helping Managers.
