Read before posting:
Please include the nature of your problem or question in the subject line of your post, you may find that you will get a faster response, especially if the matter is urgent.
Just putting "HELP!!!!!!" or "Have a question" into the subject line will not get you a fast response as most people will answer by subject first - for example: Someone who knows about XP will notice "Need help with System Restore" but they may not notice just "Help!!" while someone knowledgeable about Copyrights would notice "Is this copyright infringement?" better than they would notice "Question please!" - so plan your subject line to maximize your replies :)
