You may promote a General or Mature rated group, but not Adult. Be make sure your group doesn't have any adult content, or links to adult content.

1.If your new site is rated Mature,  please be aware that means you are allowed to have Mature content, but not Adult content (sexually explicit messages, graphics, genitals/breasts showing, sexual content/language)  That would make your group actually ADULT and not Mature, therefore it cannot be promoted here.  We will delete promotions for Mature groups which have adult content or links to adult content.  If you find your promotion deleted and have opted to remove the adult content, let us know and we'll allow you to promote your group again. 2. You may Promote your Group/Site no more than once every 12 Hours. There can be only one promotion for a group on the front page at a time. Exceptions to this is if your original promotion has a red x or other error; you are welcome to repost your promotion. Please don't delete your previous promotion(s) if you start a new one. Management will periodically clean up the board. Don't use the word "BUMP" or copy and paste your promotion post over and over.. instead add fresh content to your posts regularly.  If your promotion thread becomes full of bumps or identical posts, we may delete your promotion.
Each group you are promoting MUST be posted in a seperate thread to the other, any multiple sites being promoted in one thread will get that thread deleted.
 
Please change your banner and text on a regular basis, as this makes it easier for managers to spot those who are disregarding our promotion rules. Plus, adding something new in your thread will make others want to click :)
 

3.  Do not continually copy and paste the same banner/graphic/text in your promotion as this is considered meter cheating by MSN.

4.  Please note that all graphics etc. must have proper credits as per our rules and MSN's TOU, and all credits must be readable.  Using images that are known to be ©No No's, or artwork by artists that have AC on their website will be deleted.

5. You may promote more than one group/site, but do so in separate posts.
You will only be able to promote no more than 10 groups. If you have more than 10 now you can only bump 10 of your group promotions a day.

6. DO NOT REPLY TOO OR COMMENT ABOUT ANYONE ELSE'S PROMOTION OR GROUPS, unless it's to tell them there are red x's or non-working links in their promotion.

7. Test your links to make sure they work!

If they dont work please ask us on the Staff board to delete your promotion and start a new thread. 

8. If you only promote here, but don't post elsewhere regularly, your promo will be deleted. If you promote and then unjoin, your promo(s) will be deleted. MHM isn't just a "promotions" group, it's a group for managers to collaborate, there are many boards here, and we'd appreciate some activity from you elsewhere if you wish to promote your group here, that's only fair :)
