         Vaccine Injury Compensation Lawsuit

(The Basic Steps)

  1. Gather All Medical Records make copies for your home files.
  2. Always request medical records from each visit to childs doctors.
  3. Keep a daily diary , take pictures,  make many home video's of your child/ren.
  4. Get statements from friends and family about their witnessing the changes, or regression of your child/ren. 
  5. If your doctor hasn't reported the child/rens reaction to VAERS , make sure that you do , so theres a record of the reaction , some children don't react immediately , they just regress or they were so young change went unnoticed.

  8.  Find a competent attorney, preferably one with some knowledge of vaccine injuries give him/her all the records you've collected and be prepared to wait, because it is a very long process but well worth it in the end.
