The threat of Pegasus is over, but a new threat is in the city, The Wrath of Rebecca! Small, young and sweet, apparently, her dueling skills are surprisingly good, and after accusing Yugi of stealing her Grampa's Blue Eyes White Dragon, they duel for it, although Yugi doesn't have a clue what Rebecca is even talking about.

Also before Battle City, Kaiba is testing a Virtual Reality machine, technology of his own. Unfortunately he finds himself trapped, so Yugi and the gang brave the Virtual World to save Kaiba! It is just a game, there is no danger, right?

To make things even worse, Yugi finds himself playing against an arrogant boy named Duke Develin, who hates Yugi for some reason. Duke wanted to make a superior game that no one has ever seen before, and the result was Dungeon Dice Monsters. Dispite Yugi not knowing the rules or even the game, he plays Duke live on TV! Is Yugi still the King of Games?
