Kaiba's blimp is flying to the destination of the Finals, however, it is hi-jacked by a mysterious boy named Noa. The gang don't realise the trouble they're in.

Noa forces Yugi and his buddies, including Kaiba and Mokuba into his own Virtual World. Not much is explained at this point, as each member of the gang faces a member of the Big 5. Ex-employees of Kaiba, they are trapped in the Virtual World, and the only way out is to use a host body. If any member of the Big 5 defeats a member of the Gang, they are entitled to their body to escape! Yugi, Joey, Tea, Tristan, Kaiba, and Duke all duel.

Later, we find out that Noa is actually Kaiba's brother, and the reason for the hatred for Seto is because their father put Noa in the Virtual World, while Kaiba got the life Noa wanted.

The lives of the gang are at stake, aswell as Kaiba confronting and dueling his father and his mighty Exodia Necross! Will they all succeed to finish Battle City?
